AI Engineer
Location: St. Louis, Missouri
Employment Type: Direct Hire
Salary Range: $120,000 – $180,000

About the Role:
We are seeking a motivated and technically skilled AI Engineer to join our team in St. Louis. This role is ideal for candidates with 1–3 years of experience and a strong foundation in IT and artificial intelligence. You will play a critical role in bridging the gap between AI models and production systems, ensuring scalable, secure, and efficient deployment of intelligent solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and deploy AI models into production environments.
- Collaborate with data scientists, software engineers, and product teams to integrate AI capabilities into business applications.
- Optimize model performance and scalability for real-world use cases.
- Monitor and maintain AI systems post-deployment, ensuring reliability and accuracy.
- Implement best practices for model versioning, testing, and continuous integration.
- Stay current with advancements in AI/ML technologies and tools.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of hands-on experience in AI/ML engineering or software development.
- Proficiency in Python and common AI/ML frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn).
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) is a plus.
- Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and software engineering principles.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Must be a U.S. Citizen (due to project requirements).
