Job Description

• Assist the Restaurant General Manager (RGM) in day-to-day operations
• Help recruit, train, and retain a winning team
• Lead, coach, motivate, and celebrate team members
• Deliver exceptional customer service every shift
• Drive results through labor, food cost, and sales goals
• Ensure a clean, safe, and welcoming restaurant
• Step in for the RGM when needed

Requirements

• At least 2 years of leadership experience (restaurant, retail, or hospitality)
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
• Passion for building strong teams and creating a positive work environment & culture
• Exceptional commitment to customer service
• Desire to learn, grow, and have fun doing so
• Must be at least 18 years of age with a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Availability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays
