Behavioral Health Technician
Pay: $24.04-28.85/hour – full benefits plus differentials!
Location: Fort Collins, CO

Job Type: Direct Hire

Hours:

Option A: Sunday, Monday and Tuesday 7:00pm to 7:30am and every other Saturday 7:00pm to 7:30am

Option B: Thursday - Saturday 7:00am to 7:30pm and every other Wednesday 12:00pm to 8:00pm

• Provide services to individuals experiencing a behavioral health crisis
• Conduct milieu management
• Implement brief counseling interventions
• Facilitate psycho-education and activities groups
• Participate in treatment planning within a Crisis Stabilization Unit setting
• Engage with a large interdisciplinary team, including RNs, Psychiatrists, Nurse Practitioners, Mental Health Therapists, and Psychologists
  

Skills and experience we would like you to have as a Behavioral Health Technician:

• Bachelor's degree in behavioral science.
• Work experience with people with severe and persistent mental illness/substance abuse issues or individuals with similar human-service needs.
• Experience with Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Bilingual/bi-cultural a plus.
