Learn from qualified staff and build long-term relationships Ability to cross-train or shadow with other departments within our firm Professional development and mentorship Collaboration on high-profile real-life projects in your community Scholarship and networking opportunities Responsibilities Coordinate, attend, and/or host campus recruiting events (career fairs, presentations, interview days, etc.) Manage iCIMS including candidate screening and dispositioning and cleaning up requisitions Posting requisitions keeping the number of openings up to date Source and screen candidates from iCIMS as well as other creative sources (social media, professional organizations, referrals, etc.) Co-lead the Summer Intern Program Facilitate internal recruiting update meetings with group managers Research and report on different University programs and maintain and establish our brand on campus Coordinate/manage our office interviewing program (including facilitation of interviewer training and post-interview debriefs) Extend offers to intern and collegiate candidates; manage the follow-up communication with the candidate and answer questions about the compensation package Extend offers to current intern candidates for another internship or full-time opportunity Co-lead exit interviews with current interns/co-op candidates Attend weekly meetings with hiring managers/Group Leaders Collaborate with other TA members for hiring purposes and communication around what is going on in the campus world Other duties as assigned This role is located onsite, at our Indianapolis Headquarters.
