Key Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end derivative operations: trade processing, confirmation, reconciliation, and lifecycle events
• Coordinate timely settlements with counterparties, custodians, and prime brokers
• Perform daily/monthly account reconciliations to ensure accuracy across credit portfolios
• Book trades and investment activity with precision, adhering to internal controls and procedures
• Partner closely with investment, treasury, and accounting teams to align operations with strategy

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree (any major; strong analytical majors preferred)
• 15 years in investment operations, fund accounting, or trade support; public credit or derivatives experience a plus
• Advanced Excel skills; familiarity with reconciliation tools or trade booking systems
• Exceptional attention to detail, reliability, and ability to thrive in a fastpaced, highaccountability setting
• Strong communication and learning agility; must read complex documents and ask smart questions
