Do you get excited about using data to really understand people? As a CRM Marketeer, you dive deep into guest data and bring insights to life. You don’t just target – you connect. Your goal? Make every message feel like it was made just for them. You will be working in the highly motivated Global Marketing Activation team. Together with 8 colleagues, the team is globally responsible for the activation and retention of Landal’s guests. In addition, you will closely collaborate with the local Marketing teams in the Netherlands, Germany, Denmark, and the UK. Your mission is to turn guest data into meaningful marketing actions. You’ll focus on targeting, segmentation and audience engagement. Here’s what your day-to-day might look like: Analyze guest data – from demographics to behavior and purchase history Spot patterns and trends to guide smarter marketing decisions Create meaningful audience segments based on guest needs and behavior Build detailed guest profiles to personalize communication Use data to launch targeted campaigns with the right message, channel and timing Keep our guest database clean and accurate (remove duplicates, update records) Make sure all your work respects data privacy and complies with regulations Stay curious: keep learning about new tools, tech and trends in audience marketing Collaborate with content marketing, email and social media marketing to ensure a cohesive and integrated approach to customer engagement. You combine sharp data skills with real marketing instinct. You enjoy turning complexity into clarity – and you’re not afraid to experiment. You bring: A university degree and 3‑5 years of working experience in e‑commerce, ideally in hospitality/travel At least 3 years in a similar role at a larger organization Experience with audience segmentation and targeting Skills in tools like Excel, SQL, Python, or R A strong sense of data ethics and privacy compliance A proactive mindset and a drive to stay ahead of trends Bonus: a portfolio or case study that shows your impact in previous campaigns Together, we go all out to offer the best to our guests and colleagues. If you join us, your efforts will be rewarded with: An annual contract with a trial period of onemonth, whereby we would of course ultimately be happy to employ you permanently. A salary between €4.253,- and €6.076,- gross per month on a full‑time basis*. 27 days' holiday for a full‑time working week* with the option to purchase 10 additional days off. Flexible working hours and the possibility of (partly) working from home. Working from home allowance of €2,40 per home working day. A travel allowance in accordance with the Landal travel allowance scheme based on €0,23 cents per km. If you decide to travel by public transport, your travel costs will be 100% reimbursed. Training and education options. Participation in the Recreation pension fund. The standard retirement date in this scheme is 67 years. The premium for this old‑age pension is 21.8% of the pension basis, with Landal and you each paying half. Possibility of paid additional maternity and parental leave. Various group insurance policies, including free continuous travel insurance for you and your family. * A full‑time employment contract at Landal has a 38‑hour working week, which is equivalent to a 5‑day working week.
