Utilize computerized systems to manage customer information and update records. Provide clients with information and assist customers with inquiries. Collaborate with the client team to maintain relationships with current clients. Enter customer data into our database with precision and accuracy. Work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities. Skills and Requirements Proven experience in a customer service or customer relations role. Proficiency in data entry and Excel. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Experience with computerized systems and software. A positive attitude and a strong commitment to customer satisfaction.
