Our client, a rapidly expanding e-commerce company, is looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to drive customer acquisition and brand awareness initiatives. This position will oversee multi-channel digital campaigns including paid search, social media, email marketing, and content strategy. The marketing team operates in a data-driven environment where testing, optimization, and performance analytics guide decision-making. This role requires both strategic thinking and hands-on execution across various digital platforms. The ideal candidate will balance creative campaign development with rigorous measurement of ROI and key performance indicators.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies across multiple channels
  • Manage paid advertising campaigns on Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, and other platforms
  • Analyze campaign performance metrics and optimize spend allocation for maximum ROI
  • Lead email marketing initiatives including segmentation, automation, and A/B testing
  • Collaborate with creative team to produce engaging content and visual assets
  • Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities
  • Manage marketing budget of $500K+ and provide regular reporting to senior leadership
  • Oversee relationships with external agencies and marketing technology vendors
  • Implement conversion rate optimization strategies to improve customer acquisition costs

Requirements

  • 4+ years of digital marketing experience with proven track record of results
  • Strong expertise in Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and paid social platforms
  • Proficiency with marketing analytics tools including Google Analytics and data visualization software
  • Experience managing monthly advertising budgets exceeding $50K
  • Demonstrated ability to develop data-driven marketing strategies and measure performance
  • Excellent copywriting skills and understanding of conversion-focused messaging
  • Familiarity with email marketing platforms such as Klaviyo, Mailchimp, or HubSpot
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
  • Strong project management abilities and experience leading cross-functional initiatives
