*Responsibilities*

Provide comprehensive counsel and legal support to clients in matters of Family
Law including divorce, child custody, spousal support, domestic violence, and other
related areas.

Analyze, draft, and negotiate a wide range of legal documents relevant to Family
Law.

Represent clients in court proceedings and negotiate on their behalf.

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of New Jersey State and Federal Laws relevant to
Family Law.

Foster strong relationships with clients, offering them reassurance and empathetic
advice during stressful times.

Contribute positively to the Williams Law Group culture.

Actively manage a case load of Family Law matters.

Manage and delegate legal work to a paralegal.

*Qualifications*

Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Admitted to the New Jersey State Bar and in good standing.

5+ years of experience practicing Family Law.

Trial experience.

Demonstrated proficiency in handling sensitive Family Law matters with discretion
and integrity.

Excellent negotiation and conflict resolution skills.

Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Superior written and verbal communication skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $90,000.00 - $190,000.00 per year
