Role Description Based from the Naperville, IL District Office or as a producer for an existing Farmers Agency Owner, this is a full‑time hybrid role for a Financial Services Agent (FSA) located in the Greater Chicago Area, with some work from home acceptable. The FSA will be responsible for providing financial services, assisting clients with investments, and offering insurance solutions. Daily tasks include prospecting, evaluating clients’ financial needs, providing customer service, and developing strategies for their financial goals. The role also involves staying updated with financial products and market trends. While FSAs are full time agents and grow equity in their book of business, they specialize in life and financial services. This position is exempt from capitalization, needing to open a physical office, and minimum staffing requirements.
