We're looking for a Junior Web Developer with 2–3 years of hands‑on development experience to join our growing technology team.
This role blends creativity with technical problem‑solving â perfect for someone who loves building beautiful, functional, and high-performing web experiences.
You’ll work closely with our design, strategy, and marketing teams to develop and maintain websites, campaign pages, and digital assets for a range of clients across industries.
What You’ll Work On
Develop and maintain websites using WordPress, Elementor, PHP, CodeIgniter, and MySQL/MariaDB.
Implement and customize integrations with marketing automation platforms such as Constant Contact Lead Gen & CRM, Zoho, HubSpot, or Salesforce.
Collaborate with designers to translate creative concepts into functional, pixel‑perfect web experiences.
Participate in planning, code reviews, and version control using Git.
Support multiple concurrent projects while maintaining priorities and deadlines.
Contribute ideas to improve process efficiency and technical workflows.
Skills:
WordPress and Elementor
PHP and CodeIgniter
MySQL/MariaDB
Familiarity with Git version control.
Experience with marketing automation platforms (HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce, etc.) is a plus.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills â able to collaborate across disciplines.
Strong organizational and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities.
A proactive mindset and eagerness to learn and grow within a collaborative tech and design culture.
Experience:
2–3 years of experience in web development, preferably in an agency or fast‑paced creative environment.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Web Development, or a related field.
Education:
Educated with a relevant Design qualification
This position will be based at our office in Dallas, Texas, and is expected to be full‑time, working 40+ hours a week, Monday through Friday. Our typical office hours are 8:00 am to 5:00 pm.
