*What You Will Do*
*Teach & Coach*
You will deliver dynamic, practical training that brings litigation skills to life. From new associates learning the fundamentals to seasoned attorneys refining their craft, you will provide the hands-on instruction that transforms legal knowledge into courtroom confidence. Your sessions will cover everything from client intake, trial strategy and deposition techniques to motion practice and mediation tactics—always focused on real-world application.
*Build & Innovate*
Working alongside our Chief Learning Officer, you will help design and evolve our training curriculum to stay ahead of the curve. You will incorporate innovative teaching methods, leverage cutting-edge resources, and ensure our training materials reflect both best practices and emerging trends. Your insights will directly shape how we develop attorney talent across the firm.
*Collaborate & Connect*
You will partner with Attorney Managers to align training with trial readiness goals and client service objectives. Through close collaboration with our mentorship program, you will help create an integrated support system where attorneys can thrive. Your role bridges practice and professional development, ensuring seamless knowledge transfer across the organization.

Beyond delivering training, you will assess learning needs, track attorney progress, and provide valuable feedback to continuously improve our programs. You will foster a culture where asking questions is encouraged, growth is celebrated, and every attorney has the support they need to help clients through some of the most difficult times of their lives.
*What We Are Looking For*
*The Credentials*
* JD and active Texas Bar license
* 5+ years of litigation experience with demonstrated trial and deposition work (personal injury experience valued)
* Proven track record of courtroom success and sophisticated legal work

· Salary Range (Texas market): $120,000 – $160,000 base
· Performance-based discretionary bonuses
