Earn $18 per hour M-F 9am - 5pm

Full-time hours & great benefits! Must have a valid DL and vehicle to use.

Platinum Parking is looking for a Full-Time Lot technician/maintenance porter. The ideal candidate will have a parking equipment repair experience or strong technical skills 

Requirements:

• Technical ability
• Knowledge with Parking equipment preferred
• Have a valid Texas Driver’s License
• Capable of working in a fast pace environment
• Must be courteous and friendly with the ability to communicate effectively
• Be willing to undergo Pre-employment Background and Driver’s record checks
• Be willing to undergo random drug screenings
• Must be a self-starter who is comfortable working alone
• Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision

Duties:

· Maintain & Repair Pay Stations

· Installation and Removal of Pay Stations

· Installation and removal of signage

· Pothole repair

· Landscaping

· General Maintenance

· Reporting on Lot status

· Ability to work 5 Days a week Monday-Friday (Some Weekends but very few)

· Able to climb ladders if needed

· Able to lift 50lbs.

Education:

• High school or equivalent
