You will operate and maintain industrial production and processing machinery. Responsibilities: Operate, Monitor, Adjust, and Repair specialized industrial machinery Perform routine preventative maintenance Respond to work order requests in a timely fashion Adhere to all safety policies and procedures Qualifications: Previous experience in manufacturing, machinery or other related fields preferred (not required) Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills Familiarity with industrial tools and equipment Ability to handle physical workload Attention to detail Professional attitude Strong work ethic and reliability Organized and Professional Communicative and work well with others Self-Starter who can take instruction UCS/Spirit is a composites manufacturer specializing in producing the highest performing vaulting poles in the world since 1987. The job will require being on your feet, lifting, reaching, pulling, pushing etc. Previous manufacturing experience helps but is not necessary.
