Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Medical Office Responsibilities (Light Workload):
Serve as the primary point of contact for patients via phone
Communicate clearly and professionally with patients regarding scheduling, questions, and general support
Assist with day-to-day administrative operations of the medical practice
Support the physician in maintaining smooth clinic workflows
Ensure a positive and welcoming patient experience
Property Management Support:
Handle phone calls and basic communication with tenants
Assist with administrative tasks related to a rental property
Make occasional in-person visits to the rental property in Westwood when needed
Coordinate or follow up on minor property-related matters
Experience as a Medical Assistant, Physician Assistant, or Medical Office/Practice Manager
At least 1 year of experience in a Direct Primary Care or similar outpatient setting preferred
Strong verbal communication skills; comfortable speaking with patients and tenants by phone
Background or experience in property management is required
Highly flexible, organized, and dependable
Comfortable working in a low-volume, non-traditional medical practice environment
