Job Description

Serve as an ERP subject matter expert, providing Solution recommendations and helping to resolve complex challenges. Test Planning and Coordination ERP

• Assisting with the advancement of developing complex, integrated testing plans.
• Coordinate with business stakeholders to establish readiness for testing, timing, and so on for their business and enterprise systems.
• Assisting with the development of the batch schedule, including making recommendations on critical batch process; includes ensuring dependencies are correctly identified to ensure accurate processing and to prevent delays.
• Assisting the Department with other responsibilities as requested.

Minimum Experience. Test Planning and Coordination Resource:

• Minimum of five (5) years' experience coordinating and planning complex testing activities for a large ERP implementation.
• Minimum of five (5) years' experience conducting testing (e.g., automated, manual, integration, and so forth) on large complex IT projects.
• Experience developing complex testing plans for large IT projects that considers all integration partners, interfaces, business processes, and so forth.
• Experience coordinating and managing tracking of completion of test activities for large complex IT projects, with both internal and external integration partners.
• Must be able to work with difficult customers to ensure testing objectives are met accurately and on- time.
• Must have strong organizational skills.

Preferred Experience for all proposed Resources.

• Experience working with the State or with other governments similar in size in terms of annual budget and full-time equivalent (FTE) employee count.
• Experience in the use of Microsoft Office suite, SharePoint, Visio and MS Project.
• Experience implementing PeopleSoft in local and state government Knowledge of PeopleTools 8.59+ and fluid page development. Experience using PeopleSoft Financials, Human Capital Management (HCM), and associated Business Intelligence Reporting Solutions and ADW.
• Certifications such as Oracle Certified Expert, Oracle Certified Implementation Specialist, Oracle Certified Professional (OCP), Certified Data Management Professional (CDMP), data modeling certifications or other related professional certifications.
