Your Role - Implement treatment plans as directed by the Physical Therapist
- Assist residents with mobility and functional goals through guided therapy sessions
- Track and document progress accurately and efficiently
- Provide education to residents and caregivers to support long-term recovery
- Work collaboratively with rehab and nursing teams to promote optimal outcomes
- Maintain compliance with state and facility protocols
What We're Looking For - Current California PTA license (required)
- Current CPR certification
- Experience in skilled nursing or long-term care preferred
- Strong interpersonal skills and a resident-first mindset
- Ability to work effectively in a team-based setting
