We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced and dynamic Property Manager to join our fast-growing company. This role involves managing property operations in the Norristown & Bridgeport area, ensuring resident satisfaction, supervising maintenance, and meeting occupancy goals. The ideal candidate is proactive, organized, and thrives in a collaborative environment.

*Responsibilities*

* Manage all daily operations, including leasing, tenant relations, and property maintenance.
* Lead and supervise on-site staff, providing coaching and support to maintain a high-performing team.
* Oversee the resident lease cycle, ensuring smooth transitions from application to move-out.
* Develop and execute maintenance plans to ensure timely repairs and excellent property conditions.
* Maintain strong property standards, including curb appeal and compliance with inspections.
* Handle financial processes, including rent collection, expense tracking, and security deposits.
* Manage legal and compliance matters, such as notices and court appearances.
* Provide market insights and recommendations to optimize property performance.
* Collaborate with the Regional Property Manager and marketing team on pricing, promotions, and strategies.

*Qualifications*

* Proven experience in property management with oversight of residential portfolios.
* Strong leadership skills with experience managing and developing teams.
* Proficiency in property management software (experience with Entrata is a plus!) and Microsoft Office.
* Excellent organizational and communication skills.
* Familiarity with local housing regulations and legal requirements.

*Compensation and Benefits*

* Competitive salary: $60,000–$70,000/year.
