Job Description
Our Professional Property Management Company is seeking a qualified Property Manager to oversee an owner-managed apartment community near Sherman, Texas. The Property Manager is the CEO of the business which requires a candidate to be an energetic, responsible, and self-motivated individual with an eye for detail and excellent team leadership skills.
Property Manager responsibilities include operating within the financial scope through budgeting and forecasting, positive NOI impact, property inspections, managing property risk effectively by communicating incidents and potential liabilities, supervising and mentoring property staff development, maximizing occupancy, and effectively and professionally communicating with residents, owners, upper management, and vendors.
Hiring eligibility requirements:
· Valid Texas driver’s license with current auto insurance
· 3+ years in a supervisory apartment management position highly preferred
· Bi-lingual in English/Spanish helpful but not required
· Computer skills (Word, Excel)
· Ability to understand and navigate property management software functions (ResMan experience a plus)
