Unit Description: Located in South Burlington, the Home Dialysis program provides training to patients and families in at-home hemodialysis and peritoneal dialysis.
On-Call: Not Required
Incentives: $10,000 Sign on bonus. Candidates must have at least 1 year of Dialysis RN experience to qualify for the bonus. Subject to tax withholdings and also prorated for any part time positions (additional terms and conditions apply).
