Allied Universal is Currently Hiring a Full Time Security Site Supervisor for a Hospital in Boston MA Monday - Friday 11 AM - 7 PM Starting Pay is $25.19 Per Hour / Paid Orientation / Paid Training / Opportunity For Advancement Candidate is Required to Have a Valid Drivers License and 5+ Years of Previous Security Experience As a Hospital Security Supervisor (Kaiser), you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate, Healthcare, Education, Government and more. The Hospital Security Supervisor will undertake managing the activities of the healthcare security staff, who provide safety at a high-profile client's healthcare premises and the protection of their staff, members, and visitors. The Hospital Security Supervisor will oversee the healthcare security operations, as well as the supervision and training of the healthcare security officers to ensure full coverage of posts. This role will identify and report incidents, ensure the safety of the healthcare premises and direct and monitor performance of security officers in a friendly and professional manner. **Responsibilities:** + Provide customer service to our clients by carrying out safety and security procedures, site-specific policies and when appropriate, emergency response activities + Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem solving manner + Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter. Working environments and conditions may vary by client site. + Provide overall operational supervision of security personnel at a high-profile healthcare location + Assist in the training of security personnel and review post orders + Prepare daily payroll sign-in sheets and forward to the Account Manager **Minimum Requirements:** + Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles + Possess a high school diploma or equivalent, or 5 years of verifiable experience + As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
