Job Title: Site Specialist II

• Leverage communication skillset to support team members and key clients

• Drive excellence through clear communication, scientific teamwork, service scope expansion, SLA adherence, development of business metrics, and team management

• Champion innovation and practical process improvement in the program

Responsibilities

• Inventory Management

• Stockroom / POU management, dispensing of product, and?follow?direction / coordination of affiliated stockroom activities.?

• Perform on-site program replenishment's and disbursements.??

• Perform stockroom duties to include receiving, put-away, stock rotation, cycle counts, and other functions according to customer requirements.?

• Remove cardboard and trash as needed (detrashing).?

• Deliver direct shipment orders to end users.

• Sourcing/Order Management:?

• Perform order entry, order expediting, customer service call resolution, return goods authorization, processing of backorders.?

How will you get here?

• High School Diploma or GED required

• Expert on GMP environment preferred

• Proven excellence in developing customer relationships

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities

• Focus on laboratory safety and GXP compliance

• Proficient verbal and written communication skills

• Heightened attention to detail and ability to multi-task

• Strong customer service
