You can lead the teams creative vision and thrive when creative briefs are more in tune with the ever-changing internet and cultural trends than classic marketing case studies. Your creativity extends beyond the office and you have a natural inclination to bring your non-stop curiosity to life through social content.
Egoless and collaborative, your leadership approach meshes well with all types of disciplinesfrom team members and internal agency disciplines to clients and in-house agency partners. No matter who is around the table, you lean in and are comfortable architecting ideas that drive results for our clients. Whats more, you can confidently and successfully communicate them to the room. Resilience to crack the toughest creative codes is a must.
