Job Description Job Description Description TITLE Senior Project Manager, PIM GENERAL SUMMARY OF POSITION The Senior Project Manager, PIM is a critical role responsible for driving an AnsellGUARDIAN data migration, review, and enhancement project that involves Product Information Management (PIM) systems, data integrity, and digital enablement. This position will play a central role in managing a complex, multi-phase data migration, review, and analysis project involving critical product and industry data that powers the AnsellGUARDIANTM safety algorithm. The role requires hands-on experience managing large-scale data initiatives, exceptional project planning and communication skills, and deep technical familiarity with Salsify PIM. The Senior Project Manager will be accountable for maintaining project momentum, coordinating cross-functional and global stakeholders, and ensuring timely delivery of high-quality, validated product data across the Ansell digital ecosystem. RESPONSIBILITIES Project Planning & Execution Lead end-to-end planning and delivery of PIM-related projects, including data migration, data cleansing, and data validation activities. Maintain and update detailed project action trackers, ensuring all deliverables, owners, and timelines are clearly defined and communicated. Oversee daily and weekly project reporting, proactively identifying risks, dependencies, and roadblocks. Coordinate testing, validation, and approval phases for all PIM data activities, ensuring readiness for integration with the Guardian platform. Stakeholder Engagement & Communication Serve as the primary communication bridge between Digital, IT, Category Manager, Vertical Expert, and Guardian program teams. Facilitate global meetings and steering sessions, summarizing progress, risks, and decisions for senior leadership. Translate technical and data management topics into actionable updates for non-technical audiences. Maintain transparent and timely communication across teams to support alignment, accountability, and informed decision-making. Product Information Management Leadership Oversee data structuring, taxonomy management, and enrichment workflows within the Salsify PIM environment. Partner with IT and business owners to design and execute efficient data migration processes from legacy systems to Salsify. Support data governance and ensure compliance with industry standards, data models, and integration requirements. Collaborate with the Platform Product Manager, AnsellGUARDIANTM, to align product data readiness with algorithmic and analytical needs. Cross-Functional Collaboration Work closely with engineering, product, and regional commercial teams to ensure PIM data integrity supports digital sales, eCommerce, and Guardian capabilities. Provide project leadership for third-party vendors, consultants, and regional data teams contributing to PIM projects. Establish and continuously refine global best practices for PIM data management and project governance. KEY POSITION REQUIREMENTS Education Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field required. PMP certification or equivalent project management credential preferred. Job Experience 7 years of experience managing large-scale digital, IT, or data projects. Strong familiarity with Product Information Management systems, specifically Salsify PIM. Proven track record in data migration, data governance, and change management projects. Experience managing global cross-functional teams and external vendors. Knowledge of industrial, manufacturing, or healthcare product data environments preferred Knowledge and Skills Expert-level project management skills with proficiency in project tracking and reporting tools (e.g., Smartsheet, MS Project, Jira). In-depth understanding of Salsify data structures, workflows, and syndication. Strong analytical mindset with the ability to evaluate large data sets for completeness and accuracy. Excellent written and verbal communication skills; able to simplify complex information for broad audiences. Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced, global matrix environment. Languages: Fluent English (written and spoken). ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS This is a 9-12 month contract role Occasional travel (up to 10%) for cross-regional collaboration, data workshops, or platform integration support.
