As a Traveling Superintendent you will:

• Lead subcontractors, field crews, and project partners with confidence, ensuring clarity of expectations, smooth communication, and efficient execution regardless of location
• Build and drive detailed project sequencing, logistics plans, and workflow strategies that keep fast-paced jobs on track, even when conditions change or new challenges arise
• Work closely with project managers, architects, engineers, and inspectors to address issues proactively, maintain alignment, and sustain momentum throughout the build

Requirements of this Traveling Superintendent role:

• 5+ years’ experience in a Superintendent role with a focus on multifamily projects up to $60M
• Thorough ground-up, site work and renovation experience on a variety of multifamily style builds
• Good client relationship and communication skills
• Construction code knowledge and ability to establish relationships with local inspectors and officials
• Established computer skills and ProCore knowledge
• Travel required throughout the Midwest and Eastern United States
