Are you passionate about building meaningful corporate partnerships to make a real difference in your community? Food Lifeline is seeking a Corporate Relations Coordinator to help end hunger in Western Washington by engaging companies, associations, and community partners in our mission. In this vital role, you’ll support corporate fundraising and event initiatives, manage a portfolio of corporate donors, and help drive Food Lifeline’s annual philanthropic revenue goals. Key Responsibilities Cultivate, solicit, and steward corporate partnerships and donors. Manage a portfolio of 50–100 institutional and corporate donors for engagement and retention. Coordinate Food Lifeline’s major corporate campaign, Food Frenzy, and other key events. Collaborate with the Corporate Relations Manager and Events Coordinator on fundraising initiatives and campaigns. Prepare compelling proposals, reports, and presentations for corporate partners. Maintain accurate donor and activity records in the organization’s CRM system. Support major Food Lifeline campaigns and signature events, requiring occasional nights and weekends. Enter or upload action reports and meeting notes, add relationships, and research/update biographical/corporate information. Monitor, analyze and report on targets. Build and maintain pipeline of corporate prospects and corporate volunteer groups through research and outreach. Represent the Food Lifeline's mission with genuine passion and professionalism. Attend meetings, participate in workplace committees and workgroups as required or requested, and staff volunteer committees. Carry out any other duties as assigned. Key Skills Strong relationship-building, communication, and presentation skills. Proven experience managing corporate giving programs or sponsorships. Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities with strong attention to detail. Passion for Food Lifeline’s mission and an understanding of issues related to hunger, poverty, racial inequity and social injustice. Qualifications Demonstrated understanding of the intersections between hunger, poverty, racial inequity and social injustice; awareness of challenges faced by community members experiencing poverty or food insecurity. Minimum six years of fundraising experience with a focus on building corporate partnerships. Previous experience soliciting five- to six-figure gifts strongly preferred. Professional experience with fundraising software such as Raiser’s Edge, Greater Giving, and peer‑to‑peer online tools preferred. Job Conditions Work is performed in an office setting with adequate lighting, heating and ventilation. Work may require extended periods of intense focus for extended periods. Requires extended periods of sitting and use of desktop computer terminal. Repetitive use of hands and wrists. Requires periods of prolonged reading, editing and proofing of materials in electronic and paper content. Ability to lift 20-30 pounds during events and partner food drives. Expected Hours of Work This is an hourly, non‑exempt role, working approximately 40 hours per week. Work schedules may vary each week and consist of weekdays, occasional evenings, or Saturdays. Typical Monday–Friday workweek. Travel occasionally (15%). Salary and Benefits $30 to $35 per hour with full benefits package, including: Employer‑paid medical coverage for employees and children. Workplace Full‑time, hybrid role requiring three days per week in the office. This role may occasionally require evening and weekend work.
