The Office Administrator plays a vital role in keeping the office running smoothly while delivering a professional, welcoming experience to every customer. Responsibilities Answer and route incoming calls, prioritizing service and emergency requests. Schedule and dispatch service technicians efficiently. Provide professional customer support and follow-up. Manage accounts receivable, including invoicing and payment processing. Maintain accurate customer records and job details. Assist with customer-relations efforts, such as sending thank-you cards. Communicate schedules and updates to technicians. Perform general office duties, including filing, data entry, and correspondence. Support additional administrative tasks as needed. Essential Skills Previous experience in office administration or customer service preferred. Strong phone etiquette and communication skills. Excellent organizational and time-management abilities. Basic accounting and billing experience. Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure. Proficiency with office software (ServiceTitan experience is a plus). Professional demeanor, reliability, and attention to detail. Work Environment This position is based in an office setting, providing a professional environment to engage with customers and support the service team Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Lenoir City, TN. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $15.00 - $25.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
