We are seeking a Property Manager to become a part of our team! You will help plan and facilitate all aspects of property management for homeowners and condominium associations by communicating timely with homeowners, contractors and Board members.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and coordinate maintenance of common areas.
• Educate and communicate with homeowners.
• Investigate and resolve homeowner concerns.
• Update and improve properties to maintain property values and marketability.
• Ensure all work order and repair requests are processed in a timely fashion.
• Enforce property and associations' rules and regulations.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in property management or other related fields is preferrable, but not required.
• Familiarity with Covenants and Restrictions.
• Ability to build rapport with homeowners.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
