Are you passionate about bridging clinical care and technology to improve healthcare delivery? Join our mission-driven team as a Senior Clinical Informaticist and help transform how we deliver care through innovative EHR solutions and informatics leadership.
Your Role & Impact
As Senior Clinical Informaticist, you’ll serve as a strategic liaison between informatics and clinical/business teams, translating clinical needs into effective EHR solutions. You’ll lead design, build, testing, and optimization of clinical applications, mentor analysts, and drive high-impact projects that enhance workflows and improve patient outcomes.
What We’re Looking For
Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare, Healthcare Informatics, Computer Science or related field
EPIC Certification
6–8 years of healthcare experience directly supporting an EHR application
Experience with EHR implementation and/or version upgrades
Strong understanding of healthcare delivery workflows and project management methodology
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and web conferencing tools
Knowledge of HIPAA Privacy and clinical learning methodologies
Familiarity with data analysis tools such as MS Office, Visio, and simulation software
Must be within a reasonable commute to San Marcos, CA
Bonus: Master’s degree in Healthcare or Informatics, RN or RT license, direct patient care experience, project management experience, valid CA driver’s license and insurance

The pay range for this role is $102,000 - $158,000 on an annual basis.Pay transparency: If you are hired at TrueCare, your salary will be determined based on factors such as education, knowledge, skills, and experience. In addition to those factors, we believe in the importance of pay equity and consider the internal equity of our current team members when determining an offer.
